  • Orders placed after 5 PM MST will begin processing the next business day.

  • Pre-order items have varying processing and shipping times. Please read the full product description carefully before placing your order to ensure you are aware of expected wait times.

🚚 Shipping Time

  • After processing, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days (U.S. only).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

📬 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

🧾 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once your order is shipped, The Billionaire Goddess Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier for further assistance.

  • We strongly encourage selecting a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your package.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

🔒 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our accessories and commitment to hygiene and customer safety:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

✅ Exceptions

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The item is damaged upon delivery (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof)

  • We do not offer refunds for issues related to shipping delays once an item has been dispatched.

  • Pre-order items are made or sourced on demand. Estimated delivery timelines may vary and are always provided in the product description.

  • By placing a pre-order, you agree to the stated wait time and understand that pre-orders are non-refundable unless the item is never shipped.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.
